I've been married to a great guy for almost 17 years.  We have 3 kids, 2 were his and we raised them together, so they are mine and I'm better for it!  I hope they think the same !  

I own a children's boutique in a cute little tourist town in California and am happy to still be in business in this crazy economy!

The Doors have been a favorite band of mine for ages.  My feelings about them, Jim in particular, have changed over the years. As a younger person, I think I saw Jim as the ultimate rebel, and seeker of knowledge and freedom. I think now, that I am older(ish), I am mindful of the wasted youth, the sadness that Jim's parents must have felt with his death, and mostly sad Jim never found himself. I am thankful for the art he made while here, and am glad his art continues to inspire.  

I love this board and the passionate discussions it envokes. I have enjoyed watching people come and go, and stay and argue!  I enjoy seeing what The Doors have meant to you all.
