About Me

My name is Monique and I was born in a small town in the Netherlands.
I've been a Doors fan since the age of 16. My first taste of their music was when I heard the End for the first time. The Doors, Jim, have been a great part of my life ever since. But I only started collecting back in 2004 so that's not yet very long.
The music, Jim's voice and the lyrics and Jim's poetry always give me a magical feeling. Inspiration.

The things I enjoy besides the Doors are: listening to all kinds of music styles like Rock, Jazz, blues and sometimes classical too, reading, art, cooking, going out to dinner, movies, relaxing with a glass of wine, good conversations, Animals, my Jack Russel and my cat, archeoligy, learning about cultures especially Egypte and also the Maya history. Moviestars from the past, like Henry Fonda, Brigitte Bardot, Marilyn Monroe, James dean etc. Also I have a huge fascination for California.
My love and interest is my guy. He captured my heart.
