#2 Jim with Murray the K at the Village Theater June 11th, 1967
#3 Jim with Chris Crosby, nephew of the famous of Bing Crosby, possibly Sept. 19th, 1967 in NY

Could you confirm whether or not the upcoming physical Hollywood Bowl release on BluRay will have an added visual fade-in/fade-out effect in between songs(this was noted by someone that attended a screening)?
