hi i just came across this book on amazon does anybody know about it if its for real or is it some authors imagination?

It sounds like a bunch of nonsense.

The notebook he carried around while in Paris did contain a poem scribble with the last word, out.  Not the exact quote.  I have it saved somewhere on my old computer when it was up for auction years ago.

This book looks like b.s.  Doesn't even sound like Jim, if he wrote it!

Of course you're right. Not sayin' that he did not have lousy company around him but the above is painting out quite a conspiracy theory about it "...the names of those plotting against him."

yes, I think that is it.  I saved the pictures of the notebook when it was up for auction, but like I said it's on my other computer and I don't really turn it on anymore, so I didn't check it. Am I incorrect?

thats an amazing find do you think its real? alot of the script looks like Jim's but some of it doesnt..i guess this is what the book turn the page is about

It does not surprise me. There are enough books out there about Jim Morrison that are simply rubbish. Once in a while books that have a more serious approach and could be worth the read, come forward on this board. If you're looking for new Doors books to read then imo, The Doors: A Lifetime of Listening to Five Mean Years seems to be one of the better one's.
