All products slated for the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, a/k/a "Black Friday."

Don't have 4-CD tracklist completed yet - but when we do, I'll post.

Here is the Vinyl track list:

-ALL ALTERNATE VERSIONS, WITH STUDIO CHATTER IN BETWEEN-

Side One:

The Changeling

Love Her Madly

Cars Hiss By My Window

L.A. Woman

Side Two:

The Wasp (Texas Radio And The Big Beat)

Been Down So Long

Riders On The Storm

Side Three:

She Smells So Nice/Rock Me

[in which, incidentally, we hear Jim experimenting with the "Mr. Mojo Risin'" line, in different ways/melodies, for the first time....really cool]

Side Four:

-NO MUSIC-

Side Four will be blank, and will have a "3D-Effect" laser etching double-image of the "Electric Crucified Woman" artwork by Carl Cossick from the original album.

Again, really cool......(I hope you agree)

Thanks Jeff.

Thanks for the update Jeff. Very cool and exciting for sure! Can't wait for that pre-order date to arrive, whenever that might be.

Are the track listing times with/without studio chatter?

Hoping we get a lot more alt takes on the 4 CD version, maybe even some more songs... Money? Paris Blues if found! Another unknown song?

This setlist looks ultra sweet, it's like sweet relish on my hotdog. I'm sure the 4 cd set will have a few jems on it...would love a poster of the crucified chick on the telephone pole as a bonus.

wow.

just wondering about the outakes.  recall the recent box set had the crawling king snake video. by chance are these alt tracks just the audio
from whatever was filmed.

as for other extras, here is a suggestion.
if the artist of our crucified woman is still living, perhaps a few autographed posters would be cool. maybe something off the wall like
some original pieces of doors stationary from the jim era. hell, even a prize where ONE fan wins a tour of the old haunts with a door of their choice.  imagine seeing the sacred portion of sunset studios with ray, etc... perhaps 4 original pics (one of each, 4 winners) from a show.

how about a jim autograph? most of use cannot afford one. id like to think there are many jim signatures in the possession of the doors or elektra.

or even strands of morrions hair. crazy, i know. but a few years back topps manufactured a card that had a couple of strands of george washington's hair

of course, such extravagances should only be afforded to preorders from the web site. hopefully they dont wind up on the shelf of some fye.

most of these ideas, if all, probably have zero shot of ever being implemented.
of course, it was just one card. someone did pull it out of a pack.

thanks for taking the time to read these suggestions

You can't be serious.  C'mon, what alt versions are on side 4 or is it a surprise?

I have a double LP vinyl of "Castlemania" by Thee Oh Sees that has etching on one of the sides (no music)... it's not entirely uncommon...

If you haven't read the Uncut magazine with The Doors on the cover, then go get it. It's all about 40th anniversary of LAW and it's a good read. Nothing you probably haven't heard before but some outstanding pics of the band behind the scenes which I dig the best. Good stuff.

Superb question, if I can add on to that retail pricing for ALL the LAW releases coming out not just 4-CD set. Thank You Mr. Jampol.

I THINK....and please do not quote me....they're discussing 24.98 for the 2CD package and 49.98 for the 4 CD package.

Number will be limited on the 4CD to - again, I THINK - 5000.

And no, I have not forgotten about shipping/handling - working on it!!

Thanks Jeff, appreciate it. I'm hoping only 5,000. The less the better. That's just me though.
