The first one is pretty.  :)   Was someone trying to recreate that "red lipstick on the mirror" thing with it?

No it does not matter to me. But my question was intentional when considering how much it did and does matter to some people.

Was the flaming red colored or was it natural for women to color hot hair. I know who would know, with all due respects to Pam, Ray, did Pam color her goddess hair Red? wow, walk on water ministries, Freeport Florida. Jesus says you need Him, feed Him to your best friend, Jesus can feed you, too.

she truly was a beauty.

i recall seeing a pic of her as a little girl (in the 'angels dance, angels die' book, i think) and she had orange hair. her dad had red hair. i would say it's natural--auburn perhaps--but she could have 'enhanced' it. being a redhead myself, my hair was more orange when young, and it turned auburn as i got older, and today, people view me more as a blonde because of the whitish hairs that are mixed-in with the red. i want to be recognized as a redhead again!

there a couple of facebook pages that have some nice pics of her and them:

yeah, i know what you mean,to say that has no meaning if she colored hair or not,she was redhead and she was beautiful girl,i have red hair too,i colored it,i like red colore cuz its very beautiful and its strong colore, symbol of fire and such power thing, you know.
if you want to have red hair now too, just colore it, what the problem??
like you told, when you`re little, your hair is red but when you grow old its making to look like blond, cuz whole hair isn`t red. just colore your hair and it will be red.Pam was beautiful and that has no metter if she colored her hair or not.but i readed in this forum that, she had orange colored hair with blonde and than she colored her hair to dark red.

Pam was apparently a natural strawberry blonde--which makes her a natural redhead as far as I'm concerned--who later dyed her hair darker and redder.

All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible. This I did.

mel - i highlight my hair--nowadays i add a couple of different reds. there's still natural red, but just not as much. don't have the guts yet to do perm dye. it will eventually come to that.

thanks mizscarlett! lots of good info here.

p.s. the first time i ever really knew 'the doors' was the time i spent as my friend's house when i was 11. her sister (5 years older than us) would have that famous poster of jim on her wall that you could see from the door--mesmerizing. she was always playing them. sadly, she passed at 23, so i hope she gets to hang with him once in a while now...and he sings/reads poetry to her.
