I think it's actually Seattle because Ray has a Vox organ which you can hear on the bootleg.  It may be the only 1970 show he used it for.

Wow....this is very weird.  On the "Mild Equator" website, there is a photo by rock photographer Larry Hulst from the San Diego show.  The band has the same clothes but Ray has his Gibson organ, not the Vox shown in the San Diego picture from the audience member that Pedro found.  Confusing.  Anybody have other pics from these 2 shows?  I'll have to look through my archives when I get home.
