Hey! I don't know if anyone where watches "Dexter" on Showtime, but in a flashback his mother was wearing a Doors tie-dyed shirt! LOL

Also, I'm probably really really wrong on this but whenever I first heard "Strange Days" it reminded me of this one Target commerical's music. I couldn't find the specific commercial on the net though to confirm it.

Dane Cook wore a Doors T shirt on the Teen Choice awards this year...don't ask me how I know that.....

Also, Paris Hilton is known to rock a lot of Door's shirts. I heard she wanted to cover a couple Door's songs for her album too. God forbid....

Billy Crystal wore a doors shirt on Comic Relief this year.

Lester Bangs: The Doors? Jim Morrison? He's a drunken buffoon posing as a poet.
Alice Wisdom: I like the doors.
Lester Bangs: Give me the guess who. They got the courage to be drunken buffoons, which makes them poetic.[/b]

Well, this is really fuckin' goofy, but parts of the intro before Jim screams in WTMO has always reminded me of the intro to "The Odd Couple" TV show.  :rolling:  I actually went on the website one time to hear the theme song.  It really doesn't sound much like it.

:wtf:    I have no clue where I got that notion in the first place.   :rolling:

Saw the last 10 minutes of Waynes World 2 last night, and they were talking to Jim Morrison in the desert. :jim: I guess they probably have a Doors reference in the first film too, I haven't seen it for ages though.
