I noticed an item on EBay that is claiming to be an autograph of Pam's. I'm not going to try to determine whether it's real or not. I'm just curious if autographs of Pam are rare. I've honestly never thought about it.

I would assume they are rare. Kind of strange anyone would have her autograph.

Smells like bullshit.

If you ever wonder about how rare an autograph is, think of this.
How many autographs did Pamela sign? I will answer that. ZERO! Who would ask for her autograph? Nobody.
So, her signature will be out there.....checks, documents, things of that nature. But, that being said, a Jim Morrison signature on a slip of paper can sell for around $750. A signature of Pam on a piece of paper, would probably sell for $40. Because, it's what is more in demand.
I saw a check signed by both Morrison and Courson, in an auction a year ago. The minimum bid was $900. And, I think it sold for $1,300 (checks and contracts are considered more valuable, because those are harder to forge, and authenticity on those items is easier)

I agree with the opinions expressed. I will only bid on an autograph if its from a reputable auction house such as Sotheby's, Christie's or Cooper Owens. At least then you know what you're getting is real.
